Due to the nature of books, we do not offer returns, as they lack tags to verify whether they have been read or opened. However, we provide a replacement policy for items damaged during transit by the courier or if the wrong item is delivered.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Exceptions / Non-Replaceable Items

We do not offer replacements or returns for books that have been read, opened, or damaged after delivery. Sale items, gift cards, or custom orders are also non-replaceable. This policy is due to the nature of books as goods that cannot be verified for use after delivery.
