After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. First-time customers may also get a confirmation call from our store. Once confirmed, we’ll process your order for courier pickup as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 4 PM (UTC+05:45) on weekdays are shipped the same day. You’ll get a dispatch email, and you can check your order status by logging into our website.
For Kathmandu Valley, delivery takes up to 24 hours after dispatch. Outside the valley, it usually takes 2–3 days.
International deliveries take 5–20 working days, with a tracking link emailed upon dispatch.
We don’t ship on weekends as the courier is closed. BIBLIONEPAL is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Delivery charges vary by location. Inside the Valley, it is a flat NPR 120 (for any weight). Outside the Valley, it’s generally between NPR 170 and NPR 220 (for any weight). At checkout, you’ll see the exact delivery cost before you confirm your order.
For international shipments, we will email you the final shipping rate once confirmed with the international carrier, as rates vary over time.
Orders may be delayed due to inventory shortages, warehouse distance, logistics, or carrier issues. All orders will be delivered unless we notify you otherwise. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience. Feel free to contact us anytime.
We ship to most countries worldwide, but not all. After adding items to your bag, the ‘country’ box will confirm if we deliver to your location. Occasionally, carrier unavailability may prevent shipping even if you can place an order. We apologize for this. Estimated shipping costs will show at checkout, with the final cost emailed to you.
To place an order, click Add to Cart for each item you want, or Buy It Now to purchase a single item immediately. When ready, click the cart icon at the top right and select Checkout. Fill in your shipping info, contact details, and choose payment and shipping options. After submitting, a thank-you page will confirm your order and provide payment completion details.
To check the status of your order, first click on your profile icon or name in the menu bar at the top of the page. From the dropdown menu, select Orders. This will take you to a page where you can see all your recent orders. For each order, you can view important details such as whether it has been fulfilled or shipped, and the current payment status. This helps you stay updated on where your order is and when to expect it.

For domestic orders, you can contact our support team to check the current status of your order. For international orders, a tracking link will be sent to your email—you can use it to track your shipment.
Order changes depend on the order status. Orders placed before 4 PM Nepali Time (UTC+05:45) are processed and shipped the same day. If you contact us before 4 PM, we’ll do our best to assist. After shipment, no changes are possible. Before that, you can update the shipping address, phone number, edit items, or cancel the order.
Cancellations are not possible after 4 PM. Please include your order number when contacting us for faster assistance.
We accept Cash on Delivery, eSewa, Khalti, and other online payment apps. Bank transfers via cheque deposit or mobile banking are also accepted, with details provided at checkout. Payment Details are available here.
For international payments, bank transfer via remittance is possible—please contact our support team or refer here.
Sometimes, due to bank server issues or other problems, payment transfers may get stuck and fail to complete. In such cases, or for any other issues, you can contact our support for a quick and easy resolution.
Usually, payment status updates within an hour. However, we recommend waiting a few hours for the payment to show as paid on your order. In some cases, automatic verification may fail, requiring manual review, which can take more time. If your order still doesn’t show as “paid” after 12 hours, please reach out to our support team for help.

Our gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. You can choose the value and have them delivered digitally via email or physically to your address. To use or redeem your gift card, enter the gift card code at checkout. The balance will apply to your order total. If your purchase is more than the gift card value, pay the difference with another method. Any remaining balance stays on the card and can be used next time—just like keeping cash in your wallet.
Physical gift cards are redeemable for any purchase on our website or at our physical store in Thamel, Kathmandu. Enter the gift card code during online checkout or provide it to our store staff for in-store redemption.
Sure! To gift a digital gift card, visit the gift card product page. Enter the recipient’s email, add a personal message, select the gift card amount, and choose when you want it delivered. The gift card will be sent automatically to the recipient on the date you schedule.
Yes, our gift cards are valid for two years from the date they are issued.
The remaining balance will stay on your gift card, linked to the email you used when purchasing it. You can redeem the leftover amount anytime before the card expires—usually within two years. This lets you use your balance flexibly over time until it’s fully spent or reaches its expiration.
