Why should I create an account ?

Creating an account enables you to manage your orders, your personal information and your exclusive points.

Can I order without an account ?

You have the choice to either create an account or proceed as a guest on our website. By creating an account, you can easily track your orders and simplify future purchases. Our login/signup process is hassle-free, as you only need to enter your Gmail account and we will send you a code to verify your login, no password necessary.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it ?

All orders placed before 5 pm Nepal Standard Time will be handled and shipped the same day. If you contact us before 5 pm, we will do our utmost to help you. As soon as it has been shipped, there’s not much we can do. To contact us, send an email, message us, or call us at +977-1-4700975.

If a book is showing ‘out of stock’ on the website, will it still be available in store ?

No, unfortunately the availability shown on our website also reflects the stock we have in store.

Why is my order delayed?

Orders may experience delays due to stock availability or courier delays. We work with courier partners to deliver your orders, and delivery timings may vary. However, rest assured that all orders will be delivered unless otherwise informed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and support. Can I create a wishlist ?

You can easily create a wishlist in our online bookstore. Click on the ♡ icon you find on any product, and a ♡ will appear in the menu – you’ve created your wishlist. If you have an account, your wishlist will be saved and is available any time you login to your account. If you do not have an account, your wishlist will be available on the device you created it on, until you delete your browsing history of you removed all items from your wishlist.

What are the opening hours of Physical store ?

Our Physical Store: Nepal Book Depot, located in Thamel, Kathmandu, is open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 8 PM, unless otherwise specified for holidays or closures.

Can I add a personal note if I send someone a gift ?

You can. During the checkout procedure you will notice a field for your personal note. Here you have the opportunity to add some words. We will turn these into the coolest design print or handwritten note. Be kind, keep it short!

What is my order status ?

You can check on your order anytime. To do so:

1) Log in to your account;
2) From here, you can view order details and track your order(s).

You can also access your order info through your confirmation e-mail. Additionaly, you might receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
